The Management company isn't confrontational so if you have bad tenants or they break the lease rules like having pets when not allowed the company won't do anything about it, unless pressed by neighbors. They let the tenants get away with murder and give all the deposit back. and the landlord is stuck fixing all the issues that management claim is "normal wear and tear". Overall do not use.
