My experience with them 3 years ago was horrendous, I still have scars till today. Very slow in reacting to repair calls, always blame the tenants for any repair issue- eg our toilet blocked and they said we used too much toilet paper. Turns out the builder (new build) had left boulders and debris in the drainage system! We moved out after a year, and they kept so much of our deposit, we had to fight for it at a tribunal, and finally got most of it back. The checkout before moving was horrible. Carried out by a very unprofessional rude woman, very aggressive and irrational. I will never rent thro them again. I feel sorry for landlords that use them.

Place full of mice but failed to help remove. Every time I called they said theyll call back but they didn't! Waste of a time dont use them

I have also had a terrible experience with Faulkner Letting Agents in Milton Keynes, and would highly recommend you to escape from these agents who are there only to take over your money including your ''precious'' deposit! In addition to administration fees (over 200GBP) received by these Agents immediately right after you liked the property (to assure the tenancy agreement), they will charge you for credit check (each applicant 50GBP), check-in fee(130GBP) and check-out fee (2x75GBP=150GBP)! Totally added up to more than 600GBP! Even worse is when at the end of your tenancy, you will notice that these Agents claim thousands of issues in the inventory, including cleaning, decoration, damage claims etc... that is just not to return your deposit!! Unless you raise a deposit dispute with the TDS (the Tenancy Deposit Scheme), if you have time and patience, so as to knock them out! My final advice to you: Avoid renting a property from Faulkner Properties at Milton Keynes: JUST Avoid! Otherwise, you will be disappointed.

do not try to repeat my experience i have had with faulkner letting agen in milton KEYNES! they are there to take over your money and particularly your DEPOSIT! in addition to the administration charge (NOW over £200) which they receive right away after you like the propoerty (TO assure the tenancy AFGGREEMENT), they will charge you for credit check (EACH applicant £50), CHECK-IN cost (£130) and CHECK-OUT (£75)!!! FYI, i have recently moved and paid only £175 for all the COSTS, compared to £555 (WE are three PEOPLE)! SO, you see that they are doing buisness with YOU, rather than renting a propoert to YOU! even more worse is where you see that they have found hundreds of issues in the inventary list that are different from CHECK-IN CONDITION! that MEANS: say bye to your DEPOSIT! unless you raise a deposit dispute with the tds (the tenancy deposit Scheme), and put them DOWN! BUT, you see that you will miss your TIME. my final words to YOU: avoid avoid avoid faulkner at milton keynes to renet a PROPOERTY... otherwise you will be DISAPPOINTED. it is a PROMISE.
