This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I lived in one of their apartments in the past and found out the owner had blatantly lied to us about the neighbors. She told us the lady lady upstairs was nice and had been living there for years. She didn't mention our neighbor was a meth addict who ran around all times of night. The previous tenants in our apt. all moved out after a few months. Her complex was run down and dirty, and she didn't care. We had an electrical problem in the living room (no lights) that took them over 5 weeks to fix.

Basically the worst property manager on the planet. Their tenants are dirty, the management is dirty. There is trash everywhere around the property. Many of the renters are low income and prior and current drug users. One of my classy neighbors spit gum on my vehicle and swept trash all over my car. She even liked to park in my assigned spot when hers was wide open.

They do not keep up their properties and if you express concern about any detail, they just ignore you. My refrigerator leaked the entire time I lived there. It took them over 6 weeks to fix my kitchen cabinet and ELECTRICITY! They manage 2 complexes in San Clemente CA. I moved out as soon as my lease was up. I left he place clean and landlod said she'd refun my money the next day...a week later and still waiting. She lies and makes promises she never intends to keep. Trust me, DO NOT EVER rent from them. You will be miserable. I've never had a problem like this. I now live in an awesome, clean complex with great neighbors. Thank God!
