Has anyone had any positive dealings with this company - http://www.choicesacquisitions.co.uk/ Choices? I've telephoned them twice and spoken to two different people about a the same property they had advised that was due for auction. When I telephoned them they both said the property was sold before it went to auction and they secured a good price for their clients, who, it they had purchased for on their behalf. The first person I spoke to (a lady) said it was sold for £124,000 (Guide price was £125,000) and the second person, a man, said it was sold for £132,000. When asked how many other properties they had that were similar in the area, the lady said 15+, the man said none! They wanted £250 +VAT for membership to get to hear about the properties first before they went out on to the market and would secure the property for you at below market value. It all seems a bit too good to be true and I feel like it has lurred me in to enquire about a property that shouldn't be being advertised if it has already sold. If it is to good to be true it usually is - anyone know to the contrary?
