Extortionate Charges For Rent References

Awful customer service. Negligent and inadequate responses to serious health and safety concerns I raised to them about the property I rented from them from April 2018. Currently I am wrapped up in a blanket trying to keep warm due to an uninsulated, non-regulation back door that is not fit for purpose - it is freezing in the flat this winter! But they do not respond to my emails.
I cannot wait to move out.
I would bever recommend them.
And they charge £150.00 for a basic rent reference. So greedy and unprofessional. It's been a week and so far despite my request, and my full payment to them, they have refused to send me the reference!
