Dishonest And Unhelpful
We have been with andrews for 2 years, and in that time they have made my post natal partner cry, refused to help in most cases where we needed something fixed, and been dishonest about things like the guarantor agreement.
My mother was my guarantor, and andrews claim that she has no choice whatsoever in regards to renewal of the tenancy onto a periodical arrangement. Essentially, my guarantor could sign up, I could never pay rent, then go onto a periodical tenancy without the guarantors input, and never pay rent. Therefore, according to Andrews, my guarantor would have to pay my rent until one of us dies. Our property manager, refuses to show us a signed copy of the guarantor agreement (we still dont know if one exists as my guarantor doesnt remember signing one) and Andrews are trying to bully my 67 year old guarantor into paying rent we cannot afford.
Rather than doing the professional thing and serving us notice, she is trying to bully us into signing a new shrthold agreement, and paying all the fees associated with that.
My guarantor has pleaded for the signed agreement to show her solicitor, but she ignores her requests.
I would not recommend Andrews to anybody I liked. Their integrity could be blown over with one breath.

I have lived around UK in many cities (Bournemouth, Manchester,London, Maccesfield, edinburgh and now bristol) for past 8 years..
At Bristol, Andrews is One of the worst Letting agent seen is Andrews.
No proper response, creating bad impression about tenant and landlord,
Every month telling one reason and collecting fee, no customer service,
I will not advise anyone to go to Andrews Please

Andrews Letting & Management have been managing our uk property since we moved to Australia 4 years ago, the first 3 years were fine.
Since Chris Archer was appointed manager at Andrews Letting & Management Tunbridge Wells things have gone from bad to worse. He has ignored all emails for the last 4 months and promises to phone never happen. The original girl at the office we were dealing with was always polite and attentive. Unfortunately she left like a few other female members of staff under Mr Archer.
We have had the same tenants in the house for 4 years, the original agreement was for 2 years and that was then extended by a further 2 years. We have just found out that Mr Archer changed the tenancy agreement for the second 2 year period without telling us, removing an important clause that was in the original. As our agent Mr Archer signed the new agreement for us so we never got to see what he had done.
Katherine Morrison at Andrews Letting & Management Tunbridge Wells is looking after our house, if you can call it that. Over the last 3 months she has been away from the office for over 5 weeks, during which time no other member of staff deals with outstanding issues.
Our tenants are now in the last few months of the agreement and have become 'difficult'. Late payment of rent and damage to property is starting to surface and its clear Inspections where never done correctly. Katherine at Andrews Letting & Management has informed us '"Not to worry, allow the tenants to damage the property and we will deducted it from the deposit". Prevention should be the better option and there is a legal obligation to mitigate any damage. Plus £30,000 of damage deducted from a £4000 deposit .....that don't work.
Andrews Letting & Management Tunbridge Wells have constantly ignored our written instructions.
We are now in the last 3 months of the tenancy and Katherine from Andrews Letting & Management has terminated the agency agreement as we informed her she was incompetent. We have to now return from Australia to manage the property in the last few months as no agent is going to take on some other agents mistakes and for only a 3 month period.
I would not allow Andrews Letting & Management Tunbridge Wells to look after a wendy house.

Worst Estate Agent, I've Used. Slow, Took Two Week
Worst estate agent, I've used. Slow, took two weeks to fix an oven! Rude, never able to speak to tenants about their problems, and used a terrible third party company for the inventory, which mixed my inventory with someone elses. Naylor Powell are far more useful. Wouldn't matter if Andrews had the best properties in Gloucester, I wouldn't use them.

Me And My Partner Were Recently Extremely Unhappy
Me and my partner were recently extremely unhappy tenants of ANDREWS LETTING AND MANAGEMENT in Gloucester town centre.
After a year of problems throughout our stay in there "so called managed property" i finally gave in and placed my notice.
On doing this i found there front office sale team to be extremely rude and unprofessional. With there extremely high charges and completely rude staff i would not recommend them to anyone.
