I recently decided to purchase an investment property and was in search of a real gem. I searched local estate agents and newspapers for something a little bit special but came up with nothing.

By chance I stumbled across Main and Main Auctions and found there website to be very informative, with the only downside being one of the properties I liked the look of had already gone to auction earlier in the month. There where a number of properties that caught my attention and I ended up calling the office to check how much interest had been shown in them. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had and she certainty knew her stuff.

All in all a positive experience and I will keep my fingers crossed for the auction I'm attending in December!!
