You can select by area as well so if you know where you want to buy this is very good. What I didn't like was if you wanted more information on a property you have to pay for it using a subscription. Overall if you are serious about buying at an auction it may be worth paying the subscription but if you are just browsing plenty of companies will send you a book with listings free of charge.
