Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf Villas

We bought our ground floor apartment in 2004 and finally completed in late 2007.Although the resort has taken time to mature, it is now superb and by far the best of the Polaris World golf courses. The brand new town centre facilities will be fully open in September 2010. These will be within the old Hacienda Manor House and its grounds. The large new supermarket opened in July 2010 and all the sports facilities and gym are fully operational

Our property is fully booked for the summer and the feedback from guests so far has been excellent.I would recommend this as a place to relax play golf and explore the beautiful scenery around the resort. It is only 15 minutes from the airport and beaches of the Mar menor. Enjoy!!

I have stayed on a number of occassions at HR between Aug 2008-2009 and had a fabulous ,relaxing and tranquil time. This resort is not only for the Golfer but anyone that appreciates a relaxing time. Accomodation and surrounding area excellent and within travelling distance for everything , town ,sea and recreational activities.

we were the second people to take keys for the apartments on site. the person next door to us was the first person on site two days before us.

not much happening at Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf Villas, poor facilities, does not look like we are going to get any in the future. not recommended

When I bought my property there was a clause stating that if it wasn't completed on time I could cancel the sale. It wasn't finished on time so I asked for my money back. It took 6 months of emailing, phoning, begging and threatening to finally get me refund. I was one of a few lucky ones. Many are still trying.
