Value For Money
Poor Customer Service!
As a tenant we were provided with incorrect information about the property, we were then treated as if we were a nuisance. The manager became involved and was very rude and unhelpful. We were also charged exactly the same amount as the previous tenants upon check-out despite cleaning to a very high standard, coincidence?
Terrible service, rude and incompetent staff! Would not recommend and would never rent through them again! There is a reason they have the lowest fees in Maidenhead!!
Disappointing
Agree, on surface Wilkinsons Estates Maidenhead seem professional. As soon as I signed up, typical Letting Agent tactics began and the tenant is a nuisance, not a customer. Read and understand the small print and do not sign until everything agreed has been done, get EVERYTHING in writing and understand your Rights. If you don't understand something, go to Citizens Advice or Shelter and ask them before you sign any tenancy agreement. If you are a Landlord, keep an eye on everything.

Friendly And Curteous
Renting with them was a simple and stress free process. It is a small single office and every member of staff knew who i was each time i rang with a question. A lot nicer than renting with a big agency where you are just a number plus they do not charge stupid agency fees

Truly Awful. Nice At First But Very Aggressive If
Truly awful. Nice at first but very aggressive if you ask any questions about your rights or the contract and wouldn't clarify the contract at all. Agreed to things that they then went back on in the contract. Don't respect you as a customer at all.
Honestly steer clear - it isn't worth the stress or the fees.
Walk Dirt Through Your Flat When They Show New Ten
Walk dirt through your flat when they show new tenants around.
Make up issues in checkout inventory that do not exist so that you have to pay money to the landlady, otherwise you will not get your deposit back.
Definitely stay clear if you are renting, unless you want to pay lots of money on checkout for cleaning of items you did not dirty or repairing of stuff you did not break, or replacement of stuff you know to have left.
