I Am A Landlord But Also Rented As A Tenant
I am a landlord but also rented as a tenant through this agent.
Unfair contract terms.
Refused any contact with landlord and refused variation of agreement which would have benefited both the landlord and myself (but not the agent).
Good letting agents are rare but I think this is the worst I have ever dealt with.
