DO NOT RENT 200 MARYLEBONE ROAD FLAT 73 MARATHON HOUSE. THE WORST AGENCY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH KEEP AWAY!!!!We vacated the apartment first week of JUNE 2013 and were owed a deposit of Pounds 5,000 plus. We paid ALL our bills and also used the cleaning service to make sure the apartment was completely clean. We should have gotten our Deposit back by now but ULTRA ESTATES have still not completely paid back our full deposit. They have allowed the Landlord to be in charge of the full funds and now we are at his mercy refund back our full deposit. Today is JUNE 24th and almost a whole month has gone by and all we get are excuses from BOTH ULTRA ESTATE and the landlord about how they "dont have time" to give us our deposit back or how the "landlord is at the bank right now doing the deposit" Or "will be be done by JUNE 19th NO FAIL" All lies and excuses. They are both sitting on our deposit and as of today have not paid it back in full. They are the WORST AGENCY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH KEEP AWAY!!!!
