Recently rented a 2 Bed flat through Ludlowthompson, been an excellent experience. Agent was very proffessional and flexible in arranging the viewing. I quite like the process as it lot automated and good use of technology. Will be happy to recommend it to my friends.

I registered the property with both Ludlow and Foxton and received so many phone calls from many staff members from both.But it is one particular advisor who dealt the whole process in an effective way.He is very aggressive in his approach but at the same time very polite and knowledgable and realistic.He does not waste your time and he grasps ones view very quickly and acts on it.He is very prompt and punctual and very methodic in his approach.He is very trust worthy and sticks to some basic principles in dealing with customers.He not only looks after the land lord but also the tenant .I have already recommended him to one of my friend in Tooting to rent his property.I will only approach him to rent my other two properties in Greenwich when it is empty.He is a real asset to any institution and the company need more people like him.I do not have any hesitation in recommending him for any promotion or special bonus.Please do not hesitate to contact me for any more information.

Tom Browne at the Bow office found us our flat where we cannot wait to move in. The product just came on the market and he thought about us straight away. I was a bit sceptical to visit at first as they were no pictures available at that time (and you know how it is, they all sell it as the place of your dreams only to find disappointment once there) but he sold it so well that we decided to give it a shot and he was right! The flat is amazing and landlords seem lovely.

Excellent customer service, successful viewings close to the standards we asked for and simple procedures through the various stages until we settled in.

As a minor I would say that their fees are a bit high but that does not change the fact that they keep the quality high while trying to offer the best possible solutions to the tenant.
