STAY CLEAR. We can only repeat the experience of the others who have posted a review. They don't pay us unless we chase. They don't pay us even when we do chase. The people who can answer are never there. They don't call back. They don't reply to emails. I tried an old fashioned letter ... no reply to that either. If they are on your list then WRITE THEM OFF.

Stay Clear. We Allowed Thomas & Co To Rent Out Our
STAY CLEAR. We allowed Thomas & CO to rent out our house for several years. We were continually phoning and emailing to find out what had happened to the rent - already paid by the tenant. Our house was thrashed and their policy of keep silent and they'll go away unfortunately seems to work. WORST agent we have ever let with.

We used these agents to manage 2 properties and had endless problems getting them to pay over the rent they had recieved from our tenants. Sending hundreds of emails, which were rarely answered, and making loads of phone calls, which were only occasionaly returned, was the only way to get the money we were owed. Use them at your own risk!
The Service We Received From Thomas And Company Es
The service we received from Thomas and Company Estate Agents was terrible. They had 'sold' our house on a number of occasions, for which we either didn't receive confirmation paperwork in a timely fashion or not at all. They sent a gabbled text message about a viewing which took place - which they then denied happened?!
When buyers pulled out we were the last people notified?!!
