PLEASE PLEASE be very cautious when doing any dealings with this company. 12 months ago me and 4 other students was going to let from them. we wrote within the timescale of 6 weeks and cancelled the agreement no deposit was given. However out of the blue 12 months on they sent court claim for £11k. they agreed back then that they had simply relet and no further action. I have been told from one of the employees that they do this all the time to students and simply try to generate more cash for this failing company. We will counterclaim and notify all what THIS small company try to do. they also last kept threatening over calls etc blacklisting etc not a company i would ever advise anyone to use. the only good reviews you read are put by the company themselves.
