My parents sold their house through another agent (very good) Chancellors somehow got my number and called me on a daily basis, leaving me messages asking me if they could sell my house in Langley. I didn't have a clue what they were talking about as I haven't lived in Langley for over 8 years then they said my parents address... I haven't lived there in 15 years! When I finally told him this he asked me if I was sure!.. My parents have sold the house and Chancellors were trying to take business.. underhand business men - don't use them

Phoned chancellors ascot to complain about a neighbor who rents a property through chancellors and I'm branded a "RACIST" by them for reffering to them as foreign.

The fact is they are foreign because I don't know their nationality.

Chancellors of ascot are a bunch of complete uneducated idiots with no common sense, DO NOT use this estate agent for anything and hopefully this vile company will disappear, there are plenty of professional companies about with common sense and good working practices.

Terrible, avoid it! I wouldn't not recommend this Agency to anyone, time wasters and very rude to deal with, Bunch of ignorants and very unprofessional! Cannot believe they are getting paid for what the do!!!

Dont rent through them ever!

My partner and I have been house hunting for several months. We decided to look online and chose a property to view. Rang the estate agents in question (chancellors) only to be told the property had been sold. Only to find 6 months later on the same website the same property was still on the market, called the estate agent who stated the property had been sold 6 months ago. They just haven't had time to take it off the website. I have rang this estate agency on numerous occasions only to be told that the property has been sold but no indication on the website if this. They are somewhat unprofessional do not return your phone calls for several days. I can't speak for any other branch but the Thatcham branch. We now avoid chancellors as we feel they don't have any integrity and give false information. Which I would think that would make them liable for false advertisement?

I do not wish to waste any more of my time on this agency... But for the good of others... Please avoid. No house is worth it...no matter how much you love it.

The poorest service We've had while looking for a house to rent. They booked appointments two times in one month and both times canceled without letting us know. We've got time off work to see those houses and they totally waste our time and money from lost wages. When I phone to ask if someone is coming to show us the property they simply say that they can not get access to the house and that they left a message to tell us (which they din't) both times.

When I tried to rearrange viewing for the first house they said its been let (I don't know how if they don't have an access). We would never deal with them again and I strongly recommend that no one should if you don't want to waste your time or worst your money.

All they care is get your money and nothing else at all!
