I would not recommend any landlord to use Taylors.

1) Taylors constantly pressure you to lower the rent just to get a tenant in. They wanted us to lower the rental offer even though other agents said that rent was easily achievable and similar properties in a worse condition within the local area were going for more. They only care about turning over contracts so they get their commission.

2) After tenant has moved they don't care if you have any issues. Had to ask them 4 times if the standing order was done and didn't get a response.

having spoken to other this is a common theme for taylors that their services are lacking and they simply don't care. Their charges are similar to other agents (if not sometimes more) and therefore totally not worth it.

Very poor service. Seems to be run by amateurs. We wanted to buy a house but the lack of communication made us lose it. Apparently they are known for offering homes which are under offer to other buyers to get a better deal.

We tried a couple of other estate agents and we have seen a big difference in service.
