Booked home report with them they cancelled the appointment said they had sold the company and full refund would be sent out this was 3 December I'm still waiting . Now taking legal action thru the small claim court against them . Avoid them at all costs !!!!

I wish I had read all these reviews before paying them. I paid for a survey last week and they called me to say they had sold the business and doing no new work.

OK, thanks I said please refund my money. OH we can't as it will be the buyer, who is the buyer I ask? Cannot tell you they will refund you in due course. I complain and they threaten me.

I have gone to the police and trading standards and if you look back they have done this EVERY time at this year.

I do not think they have new owners, why would anyone buy a business and have to refund their old customers?? So even if they come back in January and say under new ownership DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.

I asked them to do a commercial EPC on my business. They said I had to pay up from which I did. They sent another company out to carry out the survey. I then got a call from the company that had carried out the survey saying that they had not been paid. I am furious they have just kept my money. The company that carried out the survey had said that this had happened on several occasions and that they do not do any work for them now. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Disgraceful. They do not have appropriate offices and masquerade from an estate agents. Their surveyors are not registered with RICS WHO HAVE STRUCK THEM OFF. They sent a man who was not even a surveyor to my house. Any company who require payment direct to their bank and no card payment are conducting a scheme of some sort, do not transfer your money you will never see it again. There are so many bad reviews I wish I looked. All the good reviews are clearly fake.

Got a home report done for the first time, they made everything really straightforward and took the time to explain some of the technical terms I didn't fully understand. The price was excellent, I saved a fortune compared to the other quotes. I had to wait longer for an appointment but that was ok, the guy who came out was thorough and polite. Have almost sold and would definitely use again.

I chose survey scotland because their website looked professional and the epc was far cheaper than other epc companies i heard back from. was impressed with the service and would be happy to recommend to friends & family.
