From beginning to end, the level of customer service provided by this West Sussex Estate agent was very poor. The attitude of the Sales coordinator assigned to the property was hugely disappointing. Poor and untimely communication skills, coupled with an apathetic selling style resulted in a protracted and tedious sale cycle. Fortunately this was a vacant property we owned and not our primary residence, so the chain-free 14 Month sale cycle didn't impact any follow on house move for us. Prospective clients were greeted by a low energy seller, who spent more time telling us about his marriage-break up than talking to prospective clients.

Perhaps he should consider a career in selling funeral plans or coffins.

Consequently, we would not recommend the Estate Agent.
