I have rented numerous properties using St Martin’s. As with other estate agents who often gave me problems with deposits, moving dates etc ..when it came to the strenuous task of moving out, St Martin’s have been a godsend . They have assisted me throughout the whole process and always went the extra mile to find me and my family the right property. My wife and myself were so pleased with the service we have received, we always recommend St Martin’s to all our relatives and friends.

I dont know from which planet they are from. They are the worst in terms of services. Initally they will agree that they will do this or that. But end of the day they only give u s***. Particularly there is a guy called Mohammed he is Pain in the Grass . Anyone looking for a property please dont go to this agency. They took my depeosit as well. from 850 they informed me that we get 250 only.

dEAR ALL.I HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AGENCY ASWELL.I CANNOT TELL WHAT WAS A PROBLEM BUT I STILL HAVE 3MONTH BEFORE MY CONTRACT FINISH,AND I RECEIVE A LETTER THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY EMMIDEATLY.I REFUSE BECAUSE BY LAW I KNOW I HAVE STILL 3 MONTH.I CALL LANDLORD AND HE TOLD ME TO TAKE NO ACTION BECAUSE HE IS HAPPY WITH US.THAN THE GUY CALL ME FROM AGENCY SAYING HE COUDNT CARE WHAT LANDLORD SAID.PLEASE BE CAREFULL WITH THEM.THEY JUST PROMISING BUT NOT DOING NOTHING IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG.VERY BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

This guys are totally unreliable. They gave us property with bedbugs and all broken furniture and every you call them they do not pick up and try to avoid you. it is worst agency you can ever seen in whole UK...please please if you can read pass it to any of who looking for property. this is really important not to go to those guys....
