i rented a flat over sam alexander, when I moved out, everything was fine and alright and they told me i will get my deposit in about 14 days, i never got my money back, even if i contacted the court nothing happend, sadly the court never did something either.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! terrible flat, to expensive, and you will never see your money again!

OVERALL I'm 100% not recommending this agent that made us homeless and almost lost £1200

We found amazing flat after being 1st potential tenant to view the apartmen I was very please with the deal. I ve decided to go for it but in order to take it from market I had to make a payment on friday night being pushed by the agent over the phone so they could "as they said, dont believe they did that", not show it to anyone else.

It was meant to be mine. Was meant to move in it 4wks. I took them 2wks to send me a receipt which stated some nonsense line about not being refundable, even-though there is a law if its not possible to rent it fron landlords side it has to be refunded instantly-)as the money cannot be used for anything else in agency!

Well to make it shorter.

I didnt get contract even-though asking for it everyday. Excuses about landlord, solicitors and crab like that. Day before moving it. I was told to wait until evening when i called again(THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER) i was told that landlord decided to sell the property and i have to find something else. So being homeless(crushing on peoples coughes whilst flathunting and trying to get refund)for a month, i had to ask for a lawyer help that frightened them little bit but they took those 31days to respond and send the money back without penalty on the very last day without any apology!

THEY ARE MAKING MONEY ON GOOD PEOPLES HARDEARNED CASH

THEY ARE I'M ASSUMING RINSING MORE HOLDING DEPOSITS FROM EACH PROPERTY ON SAVING ACCOUNTS MAKING EASY MONEY ON INTERESTS!!!!!

We had the misfortune of dealing with these people trying to rent a flat in Fulham. It was all smiles and promises,we are new to UK so we trusted them and paid a 2 week holding deposit, then friendly service was finished, they promised the flat to be ready in July, which never happened. They said the owner decided not to rent anymore, but never refunded our money ... it has been 2 months and the refund was never made.

We have reported them to authorities and most probably settle this in court by next week as our solicitor recommended. They have done this to many people so please be advised...do not give them your hard-earned money, as you may just loose it. If it has happened to you already, I strongly advise to report them (Citizens Advice, Shelter Advisory, Trading Standards if they use misleading info with you, and then unfortunately consider Court services.

After agent gave me an option to view a flat in Roderick Rd. I've spent all day waiting for his reply with a time as he promised to try arrange it for the same day, which I never received. After he offered me 10am next day, I agreed straight away and promised to be there, I stopped in his office in the morning just to make sure it was agreed, but you he was not there so I called him and we confirmed to meet up at the flat. Sharp at 10am I was in front of the flats door waiting for somebody to show it. 1 hour of waiting and no one came.Moreover he stopped responding to my calls . Basically my 2 days are waisted just running around trying to view a flat and what I get from this company is a complete ignorance. That's absolutely unprofessional... a bunch of ignorant people working in this company thinking that to let an apartment is so easy that they dont need to show any kind of respect. I honestly never seem such a behaviour until now. Everyone should think twice before dealing with this company.

They are so unprofessional!!!!!!!!! Agent didn't showed up, no one bothered to get in touch with me... when I called to office they said 5 more minutes and of course nobody show up ( I was waiting 30 minutes )

I strongly recommend not to get in touch with Sam Alexandr agency. I called the agent in October 2013 and we viewed one flat, which I liked, but it was available after one month. I agreed to wait for it. The second day I came to the office to sign the contract and to pay the deposit.

After half a month I called the agent to ask about the keys etc, he told me it would be ready a week before I had to let in. One day before the agreed date, I called him again to ask where to pick up the keys and he said the tenants refused to leave the apartment.

I was shocked and asked him to find the apartment ASAP. It was not done. Then I tried to get the deposit back, so since almost eight months I cannot get it. They promise to call you back or to send the money the same day, but they do not do that. Yesterday I was in the office where I expected to get the money, but once again I was told to get it in the end of the day by the transfer. Today I checked again my bank account - no money.

P.S. I have never seen such rude stuff, where no one is responsible of their workers.

This is the 2nd time I try to view a property using Sam Alexander. The first time, 4 days ago, the agent showed up half an hour late pretending he had lost the keys and had to make another batch. No one bothered to get in touch with me to warn me about the delay. When I finally got to see the flat, it was in an appalling state.

For today's viewing, the agent didn't bother pitching!! I waited 40 minutes outside the property. Every time I called the office, i was told "I'll find out what's going on and call you back in 2 seconds". After the 3rd time calling them, I simply left.

This agency has been a COMPLETE waste of my time! If you want to be dragged around and treated like an idiot, then these are your guys to go with.

They don't tell any detail and convince you to pay 2 weeks in advance, after that they will tell you that these money were nonrefundable admin fee.

You see new faces in the office all the time. I gave 500 holdig deposit to a guy he did not even gave me his visit card...they are using pushing technicks with a big smile...
