This company has bad customer service. They do not ring back or answer emails. Charge a lot of hidden fees and are only out to make the most out of you. They cancelled a contract to move into a property for me 10 days before the move. Leaving me in a bad situation. They had little remorse and I would not recommend anyone use them to go through what I did. They will simply take your money and care less about you. They need to be shut down.

Please do never use Rayner Property. They have eyewatering admin and hidden charges and do not even adhere to a basic standard of professional curtesy. I got almost homeless because they just didn't sort out the paperwork out in time (which they charge you a lot of money for). You have to chase them for every little thing. They promise to call you, they never. Their attitude in the Ilford branch is very unprofessional and they are so not interested in you once you have signed on the dotted line. There are bound to be better agencies in the area because it can't get any worse.

I had an experience of renting a property thru rayner property. They have a very high admin charges. On top of it, they have hidden charges like contract fee, registration fee etc. At the end you'll end up in wasting a lot money. They are not professionals and once you pay, they'll never listen to you.

I'll never recommend them even to a foe.

Only word I have to say is NEVER NEVER take a property from them. First thing they have a high administration charges, Rayner estate agents have no etiquette....If you don't take property from them, they will call you time wasters....Moreover they claim that they don't negotiate on the property but if you start negotiating with them, you will be surprised.

As a part of administrative fees they charge 1 week rent, reference fees
