I can only reiterate what has been already discussed here. The guys working at PropertyNet UK ranging from agents to managers are all a bunch of unprofessional and manipulating parasites. More specifically, they will not answer you queries in any reasonable timeframe, they will manipulate information about the flat/house you want to rent, they will not carry out any repairs, they will treat you in a very abusive and aggressive manners. They only want your money and to screw you over!

I have been provided with horrible client services in my life, but I have to say that my experience with PropertyNet UK is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I hope someone will sue one day this agency and prosecute them because some of the things they do are not only immoral, but also illegal.

I very strongly recommend anyone to stay away from this agency as they will only manipulate you and disrespect you in the worst possible manner. Save yourself the time/energy and look somewhere else.

PropertyNet UK are a bunch of scammy, rude, abusive liars. They rent properties under false pretenses and make naive customers sign contracts phrased in such an ambiguous way that they can get away with doing and not doing whatever they want. Not only they rented me a flat that had some dangerous maintenance issues, like a whole electrical system NOT done by a professional and NOT complying with any regulations (when they finally sent a real electrician the guy was absolutely horrified), but they were also abusive and called me and my flatmates names and yelled at us several times when we were asking for repairs to be completed. The flat was half broken for MONTHS. They screwed us over money and contractual terms, and lied lied and lied again for the whole year we were there.

STAY AWAY. There are plenty of cheap and not-so-great agencies in London that you can use if you need to save some money. This is not one them. They shouldn't even be allowed to work.

PropertyNet are, by far and away, the worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. From the very first moment I signed the contract, they have done nothing but stall (they were initially 3 HOURS late with keys on the moving in date) and prove their abject incompetence (with everything to repairs, installations, gas safety etc etc).

DO NOT USE THEM.

I have had awful experience when dealing with propertynet, all of the specificantions which i had asked for to be implemented before i moved in to the preoperty were not. These items were a fridge, cooker, washing machines and smoke alarms (still not done after 2 months). so not trivial matters, all this company wants is the money at the start then they use all the tricks not to get anything done.

I had the same issue with Property Net. We moved in and nothing that had been specified in the contract had been done. The garden was a dumping ground. we have been in the property a year and things are still waiting to be done. I can't wait to move again.

Though not typical of me, in this case I felt strongly compelled to write a review of Property Net, the agent I ended up finding my apartment with. This experience was difficult from the day one.

Initially they falsely advertised the apartment I ended up taking by saying that everything will be finished by the time I move in. I moved in and there was no work done from the time I viewed the apartment (2 weeks). Now there's been 2 weeks in and I am still not getting any specific response from them when and if my basic kitchen appliances (such as washer/dryer and cooking appliance) will be installed. They are managing this apartment so they haven't given me the direct access to the landlord yet. On the other hand they keep telling me that it's all landlord's responsibility and they cannot do anything about it... while the landlord might very well be the problem, at the very least what the agent could do in such case is to respond to clients' emails... or come out on the site to see the apartment and the problems. They told me that the heating in the apartment (all on electricity) will be very efficient and cost very little, but now I am spending 10 gbp per day on electricity... I am spending a fortune just to make this apartment functional on a basic level. I am sending emails that are never responded to.
