Absolutely awful company. Do NOT rent with this company. Had nothing but trouble, the staff are like chimps! Completely obnoxious and arrogant and rather than helping solve a problem they argue back in your face. Property was not in good condition when we moved in and now being charged for things which we haven't done. Serious breach of security when we first moved in as well. No one seems to know what the other is doing. Now about to lose a lot of hard earned money by their money grabbing ways. I've never left a review before but because they are so awful I simply have to warn others.

If you are looking to rent from this letting agency I would highly advise against it! The staff at first seem friendly but scratch away at the surface and all they are interested in is your wallet.

Before moving into the property I was told the flat would be clean and the carpets professionally cleaned. When I moved in this had certainly not been done. I have been a student in the past so the stains on the carpet were by no means the worst I have ever seen so I put it down to the fact its a white carpet and it is general wear and tear. However, come leaving the property I am being charged for the cleaning of the carpet stains of which were there when I moved in. Unfortunately although I had pictures when I moved in these were not time stamped (dam iphone).

They also charge you £25 to renew a 6 month contract. "what does that consist of" I hear you. well it consists of them photocopying the old contract and forwarding it to you.... wham bam thanks for the £25!

If for some reason you still wish to use this 'letting agency' photograph everything (with time stamp) ! and I mean everything a small mark on the wall? dust of the skirting board? (yeah I am not joking, they mentioned this as well) photograph it or even better get them to come clean it.

When you move in make sure everything is clean as a whistle otherwise you will be fronting the cleaning bill at the end if the flat/house does not represent the interior of Buckingham palace.

After being charged the 70 pounds to clean the carpet I asked them to send me a copy of the invoice proving the cleaning had been done. The lady I spoke to (Tracy) confirmed this would be ok and posted out to me. A week passes and I have received no letter. I phone to check if it has been sent at all and I am told its policy not to send out invoices?! and I would have to come and collect the invoice?!

This company is an absolute joke. Use at your own peril.
