A very unprofessional outfit.
I have recently moved to a property that we are renting. Endless problems with the property, which have still not yet been resolved after 6 weeks of living in the property.
2 very non trust worthy owners of the estate agency who are only after your cash. Once they have this you will not hear from them. They are extremely dishonest, unprofessional and rude.
They do not offer help and have come up with numerous excuses, it's got to the point where if things are not resolved I will have no option but to report them to trading standards and seek legal action.
I will not use this estate agency ever again, if I could I would terminate my contract and find alternative living arrangements.
**DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY**
The rating I have had to give as 1 out of 5 as I was unable to put a zero!
