An All Round Mess, Nothing Good Through The Whole Process
Don't go near them, you have been warned landlord or tenant STAY AWAY!
Don't you read reviews? We all agree, stay away from Personal Homefinders, they are trouble.
I cannot find anyone on our system named Tallulahs. Can you tell me the address you lived and let me know what the problem was. We had no tenant of ours left in such a hatred for us. We have been in letting and property management for the last 25 years and always treated our tenants fairly. From your comment on another good review saying that "wait until you move out" I am guessing the problem was when you moved out and must be with your deposit. But it is strange that we never had to go to deposit protection with any of our tenants as we always come to a fair agreement with them.
Terrible Communication
I cannot express enough how disappointed we were with Personal Homefinders during our tenancy. They were rude, didn't respond to phone calls, didn't respond to emails and didn't act on complaints.
Would not recommend sorry.

Personal Homefinders In Winchester May Look Like T
Personal Homefinders in Winchester may look like they know what they are doing but in reality have no clue what so ever. The rent looks cheap enough to start wit but in he end with all of the hidden charges and extras that they just "add on" for their service it is ridiculous.
Even getting in touch with hem is a mission sometimes, as you always talk to a different person, who cannot find your file, or cannot get your file to fnd out what is wrong and why youare ringing up for the fifth time this week just to tell them about the same problem.
The unprofessionalism of the way that the branch is run is bordering on insane. If I were to tak to any of my customers the way that some of them talk to us I would have been sacked by now.
