Agree 100% with the first reviewer. Their apathy is astounding ! Any changes, eg to price, were at my behest, and they set the initial selling price! They just had no ideas about to progress, and were not dynamic enough to suggest anything else . A salesman suggested a joint winner takes all agreement with another agent, but he obviously had not run this past the owner, who quickly decided to end the agreement today . Thank God! Might get on and sell my house now

A real lack of kind of service from them, just ordinary. There are lots of agents in the area that will do better job. They also refuse to say thank you for the business/income ever. Call if rude if you want. Will never use them again. And will do my upmost to ensure none of my clients/friends do either.
