I had entered into a contract with Ocean City Properties an year back and agreed the amount of rent that the tenants are willing to pay for the property.

Later i realised tenancy agreement that's been given to the tenants doesn't match with the one given to Landlord. The agent is collecting more rent from tenants and the landlord gets peanuts.

This is really frustrating as they already charged agency fees from the landlord and in addition they also collected more rent from tenants than what's been given to landlord.

Coming to property management, worst service you will ever see .. they have not been managing the property in my opinion and never give the status on the condition of the property. If there are any repairs the agency tend to charge the amount from the landlords than what is actually paid to the builder.
