The Worst Agent Ever
They are entering your property without your permition when you are out.
If you will ask them to repair something it won't be repair for months, and tehn the wire will be to short to get to the sockets.
They charged £120 for removing dust from radiators, they inspected a flat after a week when I handed back keys, so I am not surprise there was some dust there.
