A Company Which Knows How To Rent Property !!
We used NI Homes after speaking to a friend who had recently the company.
I have to say from the start they were very professional and bent over backwards for us. The fact that she met me at 7:30pm one Friday evening says a lot. Being able to meet them after work was most convenient for us.
Had our property let in just 3 days for a very affordable fee at £50 more a month than we expected!!
With our last estate agent it was obvious that they just wanted us to accept the first person they showed around. These guys were different and gave us their honest opinion when it came to choosing a tenant.
