Myspace Estate Agents

The property Manager is slow in replying to e-mails, can take days; sometimes over a week. needs reminders - took a week (after she eventually got back to my mails) to send a contractor to change a switcher in our living room, had to use candles for a week.

One of their contractors lied about getting an appointment with us and then showed up unannounced on a random day!

Another came while we were on hols, left the lights on (for a week) till we came back and did not take responsibly for it! Lied saying he found the lights on. He also left some uncovered cables and insisted he did not touch that panel, but the cover had been unscrewed! The agency did not take responsibility either! It was the contractor they sent for regular checks! Nothing we needed.

Dealing with them is so frustrating!

I moved to a property on July 2012 managed by Myspace.

I request pipe watering issue on the balcony the 5th August 2012.

I get the pipe watering fixed on 15 January 2013, six months later.

This company is a joke , 6 months to fix a pipe.

You cant contact by phone, you have to send an email, but the funny thing is they respond when they want.

I recently had the Fridge broken (3 days ago) and im still waiting because an engineer is gonna contact me to come and check the issue.

In general this company is rubbish, the managemnt service is just a way to say "we dont care about you, just pay the rent stupid tenant"

they already contacted me 2 times in 6 months,regarding a payment,that i already done, No, theyre not very clever also.

I highly recommend to NOT RENT any property for this cheaters, theyre expensive, their fees are very expensive £400 for a tenancy agreement , and the managemnt service doesnt exist.

I just recently rented apartment from MySpace. I found it really helpful, letting staff was great, they offered my apartment which I did not request and I did not want to view it at firs but I found it realy nice and very good value for the money, I moved in and till now really happy. Thank You!

You'd think that by RENTING a MANAGED property that when emergencies such as broken boilers occur, you're at the advantage of having someone else deal with it.

MySpace couldn't care less about us contacting them to tell them about our problem on a Saturday, giving us the instruction to "email management" who "might" get back to us on Monday. We've now been 4 days with no hot water and both the landlady and the agents have been completely unhelpful and couldn't care less about our situation. Awful service.

use their service as tenants. they lost their copy of keys, so I have to go to their office to hand-in and pick-up the key every time when they have someone to view the property. they are also slow in replying email about issues reported about the property.

We moved into one of the properties managed by myspace. We signed a contract on their office,for an unfurnished flat. All good until we got to the flat and surprise surprise the flat was full of furnishing from the previous tenant. That was on a Thursday around 18:00 of a bank holiday weekend. We tried to contact them but all in vain. We have already rent a van and a man to help us with the moving next morning. Final decision all furnish in the house to the bin that night, helped by friends. Now we have problems with the shower and all we have from them are excuses and more excuses. Can't wait to escape of the claws of myspace.

I have recently passed my portfolio of managed properties to myspace and the change over was smooth and painless. Their property management team is first class, communication is excellent and the lettings team have recently let a few of my properties with very little void period and have managed to get me higher rents than previous agent ever did. Excellent!

I recently rented a one bedroom flat through myspace. I had no problems whatsoever and found their service excellent. I was a little confused by certain things but they took the time to explain everything and compared to some other agents I spoke with their costs were quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for somewhere to live.

I've have never had a problem renting any of my properties with Myspace. I am overseas much of the time and their property Manager has always sorted out any issues there may have been. My properties are generally let pretty quickly and I rarely have long void periods. I would recommend them.

I live outside the UK and Myspace Estate Agents manage and let several London properties for me.

Nothing but good things to say about their service. Very good at dealing with any problems that come up and vastly better than other agents I've dealt with in the area.
