After Over A Weeks Wait To View A Property Mundys
After over a weeks wait to view a property Mundys was showing I decided I would like to apply to let it.After making four phone calls to make an offer on a property and having not one of them returned, I finally decided to visit their Lincoln branch. On arrival a receptionist on the lettings department was rude and her customer service was shocking, she barley bothered to look up when I was talking to her and she just carried on with her paper work, she offered no apology just an excuse to as why I had not received a call back.Considering I had gone in to make an offer on a property she made no effort to help me out. Just a simple 'oh we had left a message with the landlady last Friday (nearly a week ago)'With the extortionate admin charges that they charge a prospective customer I would at least expect a simple 'Sorry about that we did leave a message, but I will try to give her a quick call now'
