Michael Traynor and Co

I found the Michael Traynor and Co staff very helpful & friendly when I sold with them & they did all they could to help. Now taken over, but seemed to be nice small family firm.

We had a viewing for one of the properties advertised by Michael Traynor and Co. On the following day, we put an offer in, subject to our house being sold. Michael Traynor and Co. told us that the vendor wanted a quick sale. Following that, we put a cash offer in two days later. Although the vendor was in a rush, we did not hear from them for three days. During that period, our phone calls were never returned and we were clearly not welcomed in the office. Three days later we were asked to provide proof of our cash offer, which we did immediately. It took another two days for them to come back to us and say that the vendor had changed their mind and no longer wanted a quick sale, but that they would wait for two more weeks. A week later we found out that the house was sold to another buyer who was a Michael Traynor and Co. customer.
