I recently changed my mortgage due to the changes in interest rates as my rate was due to change in March 2023, he managed to find out my redemption fee, change my mortgage before the rates went up and still saved me money, with a new fixed rate and even though I had a small fee to pay I have still saved.

I would and do recommend this company at every opportunity. They operate a reward system also, so if you recommend someone and they take out a product you also get a reward. So win win for all.

I've just vacated a property that they were letting agents for, and the simplest way to sum up our experience was that it never felt like our home. Whilst it is quite normal to have regular 3 monthly visits from a letting agent, at each one they would endeavour to find some issue to pick up on, to justify the fee they were charging the landlord. We constantly felt under threat of losing our tenancy, because they made it so obvious that they were trying to find something to report back to the landlord, thus justifying the need for their services. What really annoyed me was the fact that they even picked us up on issues were we had improved the property. For example the back garden was a mess when we arrived, so we laid lawn, paying for the turf ourselves. They then criticised us for not mowing the lawn often enough. Should have just left it a big muddy patch then....... Ultimately we have decided to leave the property primarily due to the letting agent. I would avoid this agent at all costs. I'd rather live in a cardboard box than use these guys again. Oh, and don't try to complain. If you do they immediately become rude, defensive and intimidating. They made my wife cry in front of my children. They say Let Our Family Look After Yours. I'll look after my own family, thanks.
