McKenzie Cairns & Hawkins

Where do I begin? The list is very long and varying in degree......here are just a few. McKenzie Cairns & Hawkins estate agents did not disclose how initial fees/rent would be dealt with. Would not give me a copy of the Tenancy Contract until I became insistent. Poor service for large fee, and they put in a tenant with pets when I requested they didn't etc. When I decided to move to another agent (my tenant had also experienced numerous problems with McKenzie Cairns & Hawkins), it took two months and endless phone calls, letters etc to get the deposit back.
