Mann & Co Ltd, Feltham

we recently rented a property advertised by mann estate agents in feltham. the staff there are not helpful at all. its nearly a month since we signed the contract & we still haven't received our complete sets of keys for the front doors. they did an inventory check-up and according to the report all the items provided are in good condition or brand new. when we check the electrical items some of them are not even working for eg:fridge freezer,oven. and the washing machine in extremely bad condition. mind you these are the most important items in a household. the property was not available for us to view on the day we signed the contract for the final check and that was the biggest mistake ever. when we checked the house none of the items they said will be provided were there. we have informed the agents numerous amount of times and they ask us to speak to the landlord as he lives downstairs to the rented flat; which I presume to be their job.
