The Worst Management Agency In Uk - Not Competent And Rude
We rented the house with Lurot Brand. Nothing to say about the sales team: nice and helpful.
Problems started when something had to be repaired in the house. They do not know how to handles emergencies and problems and how to organize things properly. People in charge of the management are not competent at all and extremely rude. We never expected to find a service so poor in a city like London. Lurot Brand does a good job until after the contract is signed, then you are on your own. Completely sales oriented, but lack of responsiveness in fixing even the healthy and safety issues in the house. If you are looking for service and attention during your letting period, never use Lurot Brand.

The chief complaint is deposit to date has not been returned, nearly 3 months after move out.
If you are looking for service and attention during your letting period - Look elsewhere. Lurot Brand does a good job until after the contract is signed, then you are on your own. If I had not been a DIY guy, I would have had to do without. As it was simple things, such as tub skirting and toilet seat replacement took months. Many items just never were repaired.
The only reason we stayed as long as we did is we liked the property. Lurot Brand did nothing for me other than pass the rent on to the owner.
Plenty of good agents in London, I would never use Lurot Brand again.

Used This Agency To Rent A Flat And All Went Well
Used this agency to rent a flat and all went well until the contract was signed however the proprty managment was extremel unprofessional where inventory check has been professionally handled. In addition, pretty muchy everyt appliance in the house went wrong in the first month and they were very defensive and unresponsive. We left after 9 months purely because we did not trust them to help out in the case of bigger challenges. Moreover, they gave back our deposit after 30 days and we had to write them multiple emails. Terrible experience - stay away from them.
