Hardly Care For The Tenants
I would not recommend this Letting Agent LTS in Cardiff Bay.
They are quick and prompt when it comes to agreement signing...but not when the tenant goes back to them with the complaints or looking for services.
They hardly care and they would take ages to respond and complete the required service even if they attend to any problem.
The worst ever service by the letting agent.
