Currently going through a purchase through this agent. Extremly casual approach, no customer empathy, lack of transparency, the senior management needs to seriously consider some customer management courses for its field staff. I would avoid at all costs.

I don't normally write reviews for estate agents but I was so impressed with Lords's service - the team in the Kingston office have such great local knowledge and are very honest with their advice! I found them so helpful, and also had the pleasure of dealing with Mark at their Surbiton branch, who was absolutely brilliant and really listened to me. Thanks to all at Lords!
