Lets Smile

Every time I needed to contact Lets Smile for any type of maintenance work, it was like getting blood out of a stone. Work was always done at the last minute, despite them promising to get it organised "for tomorrow" and not once were my calls returned, it was always me chasing them. I have wasted a lot of days of annual leave from work waiting for someone to turn up to fix something (they have an internal team of maintenance guys) only to be told at 4.30 that they can't make it today and could they come again some other time.

When I moved out to a new property, they only sent my reference through at the very last minute which meant that I very nearly didn't get to move house on the day I was due to. This was purely because they couldn't be bothered to do it straight away and every time I called to chase they spoke to me as if I was mum asking my teenage son to tidy his room, very sulky and annoyed at me for getting annoyed with them! Absolutely useless, I really wouldn't advise anyone to take a property that is managed by these people as its the most frustrating thing ever.
