I won't go in to much detail but Let With Ease are a very poor company. We've been treated poorly by them and they have failed to do all the work promised to us before we signed the contract. They have absolutely no skill regarding customer care and it becomes apparent that they just want your money without actually doing much for it. They are also unorganised and rude. Out of every single staff member we have talked to only one has provided some sort of support. Even so, it was not enough.

The property hadn't been cleaned before we arrived so I had to clean someone else dirt and hair from the bath, clean the fridge, grime in the cupboards. It was actually shocking. They state that the flat was cleaned to a professional standard yet there was fake tan everywhere and someone else's hair. At one point they tried to charge me £80 for a late payment even though they received it early and harassed me daily for the payment. We didn't pay because we are not stupid but someone would have. They didn't even take into account that could have been a mistake until I got angry and raised my voice.

And we've had more important problems but I'll stop here. I shouldn't have any problems with my letting agent but i did and I continue to do so. If your moving around Bristol, choose someone else.
