Avoid these criminals at all costs. I am a landlord, who trusted my property management to Learmonts. After countless late payments of rent to me, eventually they stopped paying altogether. On top of that, they have now attempted to blackmail me by refusing to pay their debts if I terminate their management of my property! They have misappropriated my funds, and are now unable or unwilling to make good on the criminal theft of my rental income. AVOID!

Joined Learmonts over a year and a half ago under the impression they had an office in Glasgow - as is displayed on their website. Later found out they haven't had an office in Glasgow for some time but still continue to advertise as having an office there!!

I was chasing them up every month to say I haven't received my rent. They gave various reasons every time. Found out from other reviews I was not alone with them withholding the rents in their bank account every month. Would take them weeks after receiving rent from my tenants before they transferred the money into my account.

I've had properties now for over 20 years and have used plenty of letting agents over the years. Not all have been good so I know when I come across a good agent. Learmonts have always done their best to protect not only me but to take care of my tenants and let me know of any problems as son as possible to allow me to deal with the issue as easily as possible. Couldn't recommend them more, well done to Michelle and her team.
