Key Locators Estate Agents

I have just rented my 3 bedroom house out and the last 3 years I have had many problems with agents in Essex, and since meeting Keylocators Estate Agents I have had a fast good service with professional tenants every agents I have been in slate each other and say how they are the best and the other agents is no where close to them when asking Key Locators about other agents there response was we wish them the best and hope they do well. This showed me what kind of people im dealing with honest and committed. I do believe key locators are the best agent in barking and should win a estate agent award if there is one. Keep up the good work guys!

I have just bought a property in Sharm El Sheikh eygpt as a holiday home and investment. Key Locators did help me through everything and I am pleased to say I am now in the sun enjoying my flat I do advise this estate agent and can say with my heart I am truly thankfull I am not in a situation that I am regretting, thank you.

Staff were very effective in helping arrange a place to rent. Were quick and before I knew it I had moved in with my partner. Very professional always and dealt with queries promptly.

Hi i've just rented a property from Key Locators Estate Agents and want to say i have been treated with a lot of care and respect. i have been with many agents and always seem to find it hard trusting a estate agency, but can say i am happy with there service and whoever wrote this comment I am truly shocked as i have been treated better than i have with any other letting agent. Key Locators in Barking Essex is a wannabe estate agency with a lot of big words and promises which in the end showed to be just words in the wind.

Tried to rent a flat from them, managed by them. They promised the carpet will be changed and to my surprise, they changed it...or so they say... with an old one, the waredrobe doors were broken and the bed...well...if you'd turn on your side there were 90% you'd wake up on the floor.

They said they'll change the bed, fix the waredrobe and clean the carpet and after 2 weeks of just waiting around for the flat to be ready, with the rent in advance and deposit plus admin fee already paid, to my surprise they said i was rude when i came in a week after to find nothing has been done, the flat was in worst conditions then i've seen it first time. My question to the member of the public: what would your reaction be if you were in my shoes? They agreed to pay the full amount back after 2 weeks with the excuse "i was rude" and not admiting they can't keep a promise and they can't deliver.

Bottom line...i advise EVERYONE not to do business with Key Locators. Its easier knocking door to door and asking if they want to rent their property.It will save you time as well.
