Myself and two others had £750 collectively taken from us by a someone working for the company. This was not the fault of Jackson Rose. What WAS their fault, was the manner in which they dealt with it. Three weeks of not returning phone calls or telling us what was going on. Three different times the manager lied to our faces directly and told us the money would be refunded. After two and a half months of calling them up multiple times a day, I eventually got my refund. My two other housemates still have not received theirs.
