Ian Crane

Very poor attitude to the buyer, overpriced property, surveyor priced the property 10k cheaper than house was on the market for, Ian Crane suggested that the surveyor was a cowboy and told us we should fork out another 500 quid for another one!!! When our original offer was accepted by the vendor and we had appointed a solicitor and surveyor, Ian Crane carried on showing people around the property and said they would take the house off the market 'soon'. They had a very aggressive staff or those who couldn't tell us anything about the property when showing us around.
