Very Bad Service - Avoid Them !!!
this is not a proper letting agency - no compliance with any code of conduct and no ombudsman - so they make up their own rules and then charge whatever they want as they dont respect what they advertise - they claim no renewal fees but this is a lie - avoid them !!!!!!!! hope someone can learn from my mistakes now !!!!!!!!
trading standards are now aware that they are dodgy and hopefully they will ban them from being agents ! beware !!!!! do not use them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
