The team were excellent in all respects.they worked hard to ensure a sale,kept me informed at all times and always did what they said they were going to do,acting in a professional and courteous manner.they did far more than I would have expected an estate agent to do and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

From the valuation to completion date we were kept up to date throughout the process. The bungalow sold really quickly after a few viewings and for more than the asking price. The team were professional and friendly and can't recommend them highly enough they were great from the owner to the rest of team.

I’ve only had rentals with Holland and Broadbridge but never had any problems.

The Ladies on customer service could do with being more friendly and helpful.

Other than that one guy and especially another are always friendly , professional and helpful.

Rental agreement, can we re-decorate, yes you can so we spend lots of money improving the property then when we move out, we lose the deposit as both landlord and agent deny giving us permission to re-decorate. Not sure how u sleep at night Holland and Broadbridge. Flipping awful service

We would thoroughly recommend using H/B Estate Agents,Shrewsbury to sell your home.All the Staff were friendly,professional & helpful & eased us through the usually very stressful process of marketing, arranging Viewings & finally assisting with Negotiations.We truely felt as if they held our hand every step of the way, giving wonderful advice & support.They really know this Business,inside out (including distinguishing genuine Buyers from Time-wasters.....who ultimately waste your money!)

We had originally tried to sell our home with a different Estate Agent & 3 months later....we were still trying.Best decision I ever made, switching to H/B at that time,rather than say,reducing the price of the property...which is what we were being counselled to do....
