I tried 3 different letting agents to try and rent out my spare room all of them made promises that they could get me x amount.Long story short they all failed. After 2 weeks i got a call from HB saying they had a tenant waiting to move into a property in my area, within 24 hours they had done a credit check on the tenant, took the deposit and moved him in. It was amazing how fast they worked, they keep in touch all the way and they genuinely are a good company. I could not find anything about them online, so i took the risk expecting to be let down, but in all honestly i can vouch for the company and they really have worked wonders for me. I would definitely recommended them to anyone looking to rent out a room or property, most other agents wanted hundreds upfront plus a percentage of the rent value each month. This company was the cheapest and the most efficient.
