Incompetent
Absolutely incompetent! Frustrating! Unprofessional! Rude. We have found it too stressful talking with them and have had to resort to email, also because they have lied on many occasions.
Oh my God same here. I have also had to resort to email correspondence as otherwise I would end up screaming at them. Frustrating, incompetent, rude bunch of tosspots the lot of them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Don't be fooled Harrison Ingram's friendliness. They are the most incompetent and unprofessional estate agent's I have ever used (having lived in 6 different countries, I've used a lot!)
