I bought and sold through HM. Service on all accounts were superb excellent feedback from perspective purchasers, although i took a hit on my property it is the market that decides this not the estate agent and taking this in to account i then offered less on what i wanted, so swings and roundabouts. HM offered me their conveyancing services which sped up the process by approx 2 weeks. HM also employ an independant financial advisor which again is free and very efficient giving me the best deal all because he has access to the entire market unlike other estate agents within cambridgeshire. THUMBS UP HM your the best. As i am aware this is only my experience if you are selling your property please think ahead what your taste is and what people want is differnt and estate agents cant make somebody like your house. Hard times have hit and people are pickier than ever dont give them reason sell your home as a warm inviting place showing its true potential will always give you a quick sale leaving it uninviting and cluttered will send purchasers next door.
